We cook Philadelphia cheese in house conditions
Ingredients:
- Milk — 1 l
- Kefir — 0,5 l
- Egg — 1 piece
- Salt — 1 h. l.
- Sugar — 1 h. l.
Citric acid (on knife tip)
Preparation:
We pour out milk in pan and we put on plate, on average fire and constantly stirring slowly, we add salt and sugar, we bring to the boil. Right after boiling we add kefir and we mix until weight is curtailed. We throw back this weight on gauze, then we suspend on gauze over sink for 15 minutes and we allow to flow down to serum. Egg and a little citric acid it is shaken well up. We add the turned-out cottage cheese to frothed eggs and once again we shake up before obtaining homogeneous magnificent mass. Here also cheese is ready! Bon appetit!
