Two-color braun
Ingredients:
- 3/4 glasses of sugar
- 120 gr chocolate (not black)
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 3/4 glasses of the self-increasing flour
- 280 gr cream cheese (Mascarpone, Philadelphia)
- 200 gr pecans (it is possible walnut)
- 120 gr oils
- 2 eggs
- ? tsps of extract of vanilla
Glaze:
- 60 gr oils
- 90 gr chocolate (not black)
- 1 glass of icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Way of preparation:
To oil baking dish and to lay parchment paper. To crush nuts. To mix cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar and extract of vanilla. To kindle oil, chocolate and cocoa in microwave. To shake up eggs with sugar. To add chocolate mix to eggs, to mix. To sift flour and to add nuts. To pour out half of dough in form. From above mix of cream cheese, and then the remained chocolate dough. To bake 40-45 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees.
Mix butter, chocolate, cocoa and milk, kindle. Add icing sugar if mix too dense part it with milk. Mix the mixer.
When pie is ready, smear a little glaze atop. Let's cool down and use the remained glaze. Decorate with nuts and postpone for couple of hours. When glaze stiffens, cut on small squares and enjoy!
