The pelmeni baked in sauce
Ingredients:
The pelmeni (frozen) – 400g
Sour cream (15% of fat content) – 200g
Tomato paste – 2st l
Water – 200ml
Grated cheese of firm grades – 150gr
Olive oil – 2st l
Salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
we oil baking pan. On bottom of form we spread pelmeshka. We mix to homogeneous mass sour cream, tomato paste with water and we add salt, pepper. We pour out our future sauce to pelmeni and we put in the warmed oven to 180 degrees on half an hour. In 5 minutes prior to readiness we strew with grated cheese and we put back in oven.
