Ingredients for 4-6 portions

1 kg of potatoes
0,5 kg of forcemeat (I take pork in half with beef)
1 large bulb
salt, pepper, ground caraway seeds to taste

Potato we rub on grater or we crush in the blender together with bulb half. We salt to taste, we put in mesh colander that excess liquid has flown down. If in colander big openings, we dim it gauze.

The received weight has to keep form at molding of sorcerers.

The remained onions are small cut and we mix it with forcemeat. We add salt, pepper and caraway seeds, properly we mix.

We take lump of potatoes and we do of it flat cake. In the middle we put slice of forcemeat and accurately we wrap it in potato weight.

In frying pan on fire slightly more weakly than average we warm 2 tbsps of vegetable oil. We put sorcerers and we fry to readiness, approximately for 10 minutes from each party.

We give with sour cream.
