Snack Bag of Father Frost
Ingredients:
- 200 g of red fish (little salty)
- 70 g of caviar red
- 70 g of curd cream cheese
- garlic leaves (it is possible to replace with feathers of green onions)
Preparation:
Small we cut leaves of garlic and we mix with cottage cheese cheese. We cut fish thin plates (or we take ready cutting), we spread at each other three plates.
In the center we place cottage cheese cheese with garlic and we collect the ends of fish plates in kulechek (fish very well sticks to cheese).
We take leaf of garlic and we tie our sack, and the long ends of leaves it is cut off.
We straighten the ends of fish and we put red caviar in the middle.
