Salmon on onions
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
- salmon about 1 kg
- 2 pieces of onions
- 1-2 pieces of carrots
- pepper, salt
- rice on garnish
- vegetable oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Preparation:
We will cut fish on stakes. Let's pickle in seasonings to fish and salt, having covered each stake with vegetable oil. She has to lie down so about 0,5 hours.
Then we will grate carrots on large grater and we will lay on baking sheet bottom.
Then we will cut half rings onions and too we will lay on baking tray.
Then we will lay out fish.
Let's cover from above each slice with mayonnaise.
Let's cover baking tray foil and we will put in well heated-up oven for 20 minutes. In 20 minutes we take out from oven and we remove foil. This miracle, but not fish!
It is possible to give garnished, it is possible to eat just like that. When giving do not forget to put on each stake a few carrots and onions. Appetite pleasant to you!
