Quenelles soup

Quenelles soup

Ingredients:

Ground beef - 500 g
Onions - 1 piece
Egg (protein) - 1 piece
Potatoes - 1 piece
Carrots - 1 piece
Pepper - 1/2 pieces
Tomato - 1 piece
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt - 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
Caraway seeds ground - 1/2 + 1/2 teaspoons
Sprinkling pepper - 1/3 + 1/3 teaspoons
Rice - 1/3 glasses
Bay leaf - 1 piece
Olive oil - 4 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Wash up carrots, potatoes and pepper and cut on small cube. Also wash up tomato and cut on thin rings. Garlic small cut. Pass onions via the meat grinder or pitch in the blender.
2. In bowl lay out forcemeat, onions, spices, protein. Mix everything carefully.
3. Stick together some balls (4-5 pieces), small by the size. Heat frying pan on oil and fry them (they will leave on preparation of broth).
4. When quenelles are ready, crush them, add tomatoes.
5. Vsypte and other vegetables, garlic. Mix. Add spices.
6. Pour in 6 glasses of boiled water. Mix everything carefully. Continue to cook to semi-readiness of vegetables.
7. Throw the stuck together balls and rice and cook to readiness of rice. Throw bay leaf.
