Potatoes casserole with mushrooms

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 4-5 average potatoes
Eggs – 2 pieces.
Garlic-3 zubk
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
Hard cheese – 120-150g
Salt
Ground black pepper
Basil or the Italian herbs – 0,5 teaspoons

For stuffing:

Fried forest mushrooms – 250g

Preparation:

It is possible to prepare meat stuffing from the fried forcemeat with onions.
Cheese and potatoes we rub on grater. We mix in bowl potatoes with cheese and davlenny garlic, we add salt, pepper, seasonings, sour cream, mayonnaise and eggs. Well we stir everything.
In fire-resistant form we spread half of cheese and potato mix. Then we put stuffing – fried mushrooms. We cover from above with the remained mix. We put in oven for 50-60 minutes at 180os
From above the ruddy crust has to be formed. We will strew ready baked pudding with green parsley. We serve baked pudding hot. Salad from fresh vegetables will approach baked pudding.
