Pie with bananas

Ingredients:

1 unitary enterprise. biscuit cake layers (3 pieces),
6-8 bananas (depending on the size),

1 l of milk,
300 g of sugar,
1 unitary enterprise. vanilla sugar,

5 tablespoons of flour (without hill),
250 g of desi,
200 ml of drinking cream and 1 unitary enterprise. thickener for cream or cream of 35% of fat content.

Preparation:

To start pie preparing better in advance, on the eve of holiday. At first we will make custard, for this purpose we will mix sugar and vanilla sugar, starch and flour in milk.

We put milk mix on gas and we start heating, continuously stirring slowly. Mix in process of heating will is intensively get denser, stir it it necessary and to switch off with the moment of emergence of rare gurgle. Weight as dense cream of wheat has to receive.

The third cake layer is stacked on cream and we grease with jam. Cream remains a little more therefore we smear it on upper cake layer and we fill up with crumb of the biscuit which has remained after cutting of strips for sides.

Now it is necessary to put pie for 6 hours per the refrigerator, and it is even one night better.

After hardening we scissor form and we delete (or we remove side demountable)
