Paprika with stuffing
Ingredients:
- 1 bulb
- 1 carrots
- 200 g of champignons
- 1 stalk of leek
- on 2 pods of red and yellow paprika
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 300 g of ham
- 125 g of mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of cream
- pinch of grated nutmeg
- 125 meat soups
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
For stuffing onions to clear and cut. Carrots to wash up, clear and cut in small cubes. Leek to clear and cut thin ringlets.
In frying pan to warm vegetable oil, to put onions and to fry till golden color. To add prepared carrots with leek and to fry 5 min.
Champignons to clear and slice. To cut ham in cubes. To add mushrooms with ham to fried vegetables, to salt, pepper and hold on fire of 5 min.
To shake up eggs with cream, to salt, add nutmeg and to connect to fried ingredients. To cut pods of paprika lengthways in half and to clear.
To heat oven to 200 °C. To fill halves of paprika with the turned-out stuffing, to place on baking tray, to pour in meat soup and zapekat15-20 the min.
To slice mozzarella. The baking tray with the baked pepper to get from oven, to lay on each half on slice of mozzarella and to bake 15 more min.
