Oladushki
Ingredients:
Salt – ? teaspoons
Flour – 225 g
Milk – 150 ml
Icing sugar – 1 tablespoon
Water – 125 ml
Yeast powder – 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Sift flour and salt in big bowl, make deepening in the center.
Heat milk and water (together) in pan on small fire. Add sugar and yeast and leave pan in warm place for 5 minutes so far yeast is not activated.
Enter gradually milk and barmy mix into flour and continue to shake up nimbus about 2 minutes yet not dough will not become homogeneous and will not thicken.
Close bowl with dough food wrap or towel and leave it in warm place at 1 o'clock so far dough does not rise and there will be no bubbles on surface.
Wooden spoon mix dough and thus let out the air from it. Dough has to be dense and elastic.
Put frying pan on small fire. With the help formochek or without them fry oladushka from both parties on small fire (for 8-10 minutes) to golden crust.
Oladushki can also be cut in half and to fry in toaster for additional subfrying.
Give with jam or butter.
