Meatballs in the tomato swept-away sauce
Ingredients:
500 g of forcemeat
100 g of rice
roll
milk
sauce:
350 g of ketchup or tomato paste (not acid)
350 g are swept away
salt
pepper
Preparation:
To boil rice to readiness.
To wet roll in milk.
Roll to wring out, mix a little with forcemeat.
To add rice, to salt, pepper, mix.
For sauce to mix ketchup and sour cream.
If sauce has turned out too dense, it is possible to add a little boiled water.
From forcemeat to stick together small meatballs.
To lay out them in form for roasting.
To fill in with sauce.
To put in oven.
To bake at temperature of 180 degrees within 40-45 minutes.
