Macaroni Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients:

For cookies:
- 200 g of sugar
- 110 g of almonds
- 95 g egg (proteins approximately proteins of two eggs)

For cream:
- 100 g of strawberry
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 lime
- 70 g of icing sugar
- 100 g of desi

Preparation:

Fill in almonds with boiled water to clear it of peel.

Cover baking tray with baking paper.
Fill pastry bag with diameter of 8 mm ready dough and squeeze out macaroni. Squeeze out them at distance of 5 cm.
Wet finger and slam top of each makaron that there was air.
Let's dry up 30 minutes.
In 30 minutes send macaroni in warmed to 150 C oven for 13 minutes.
In 13 minutes slightly open oven door. In minute open oven completely and let's macaroni cool down.

Shake up oil the electric mixer with icing sugar and gradually add lime juice. Small cut strawberry and shake up with oil cream. Lay out cream on one half of makaron and cover from above the second. It is for this purpose best of all to use pastry bag. Put macaroni in the refrigerator for 24 hours before giving.
