Fingers from meat on - Turkish
Ingredients:
mutton - 500 g,
white loaf - 70 g,
garlic - 20 g,
eggs - 2 pieces,
vegetable oil or mutton fat - 40 g,
apple - at will,
cinnamon - at will,
salt - to taste.
Preparation:
To soak and wring out bread. To pass meat via the meat grinder with large lattice, to mix with bread, pounded garlic, eggs and cinnamon. To create meat rollers thickness in finger and to fry them in fat.
