Double Chocolate cookies
Ingredients:
- 225 g of the cooled oil to cut on cubes
- 1 ? glass of sugar
- 2 big eggs
- ? glasses of cocoa powder
- 2 ? cups of flour
- ? teaspoons of salt
- 1 h. l. baking powder
- 2 ? glass of chocolate drops or the crushed dark chocolate
Preparation:
Warm oven to 175 degrees. Lay out baking tray parchment paper. By means of the mixer connect oil and sugar, having shaken up up to the light, magnificent weight. Add to the mass of egg on one, then add cocoa powder.
Add flour, salt and baking powder. Add slices of chocolate and accurately mix.
Dough will be very dense. Slightly knead it hands and divide into 12 parts. Roll each part of dough in sphere and slightly press down. Lay out cookies on baking tray and bake 16-20 minutes. Let's cool down on baking sheet of 5-10 minutes, then completely cool on lattice.
