Crunchy bacon and broccoli mini-pizzas
Ingredients:
For 8 pieces:
275 gr. puff pastry (I have layer 25 h40)
350-400 gr. broccoli
4-5 lardons (smoked ham)
1 red clove (I do not use)
100 gr. sour creams
75 gr. grated cheese for roasting
salt, pepper
Preparation:
We put oven to be warmed to 200 degrees or 180 degrees with the obduvy. I always do with obduvy, it seems to me so dough turns out more magnificently
Broccoli to wash and cut small slices. At me was frozen therefore I have boiled it previously 3 minutes. To cut bacon on small slices / strips. To mix sour cream with salt and pepper.
To cut dough on 8 parts. To press/flatten out each part in core a little fingers. To zashchipnut edges, small boats will turn out. To lay out them on baking tray with baking paper. Inside to grease each boat with sour cream. Atop to lay out broccoli with bacon (and onions). To strew with grated cheese. I did not salt Brokolli, as both cheese and bacon the already rather salty.
To bake about 20 minutes, till golden color.
Quickly, nourishingly and not troublesome!
