Cottage cheese roll with poppy

Ingredients:

- flour — 250 gr.
- cottage cheese — 125 gr.

- sugar — 50 gr.
- salt — pinch.
- vegetable oil — 75 ml.
- milk — 75 ml.
- baking powder — 2 tsps.

Stuffing
- poppy — 70 — 100 gr
- raisin — handful.
- sugar — 100-150 gr.
- milk — 2/3 St.
- egg — 1 piece.

Preparation:

Poppy is poured out in bucket and we wash out water from garbage. We merge to the maximum water and we fill in with milk. We put on fire and we cook
The raisin is steamed by boiled water.
We cook poppy before full absorption of milk.
We add sugar and raisin (without water)
We sift flour with baking powder, I will merge. We add oil, milk, cottage cheese, sugar and we knead dough.
It is possible also hands, but the mixer it is more convenient (nozzles hooks). Dough has to gather in lump and to be sticky.
We powder table with flour and we roll dough in layer of 30 by 20 cm in size. We cut lengthways on 2 parts. We spread poppy filling leaving on 2 cm from all directions.
We pinch edges at rolls. We bind them and we put in the laid loaf pan or baking tray. We grease with egg (milk).
We bake at 180 degrees about 45 minutes. We check readiness toothpick, has to be dry. We cool on lattice and we cut.
