Cookies from cottage cheese
Ingredients:
400gr cottage cheese to mix with
To add 250 g of the margarine (grated)
480 gr torments with 1 ch.l baking powder
salt pinch
Preparation:
To roll dough and to squeeze out circles.
To dunk each circle one party into sugar, to put in half the sugared party inside which has turned out semicircle again to dunk into sugar and again to put the zasakharyonny party inside, to dunk one party of the turned-out triangle in sugar.
On baking tray lay out cookies the sugared party up and bake at speed. 180th hail. 25 - 30 min. till golden color.
