Cinnamon buns and cardamom
Ingredients:
Dough:
Yeast powder – 1,5 teaspoons
Flour – 3,25 glasses
Salt – ? teaspoon
Sugar – 4 tablespoons
Powdered milk – 3 tablespoons
Egg
Desi – 3 tablespoons
Milk and water – 1 glass
Stuffing:
Desi – 4 tablespoons
Sugar – the 6th tablespoons
Cinnamon – 1 tablespoon
Cardamom – 1 teaspoon
Walnuts, chopped – 1 glass
In addition: to shake up 1 egg with 2 tablespoons of water
Glaze:
Icing sugar – 2 glasses
Milk – 2-3 tablespoons
Preparation:
Half-European dewberry in the bread machine or knead ingredients for dough hands.
In bowl mix sugar, cardamom and cinnamon.
Roll dough in rectangle. Oil on all surface kindled, powder with sugar mix and chopped nuts. Twist and is thin cut.
Lay out rolls on the oiled baking tray, close food wrap and leave in warm place for 45 minutes to rise.
Heat oven. Grease rolls with frothed eggs with water. Bake 30 minutes to golden crust.
Prepare glaze: gradually add milk to powder and shake up to homogeneous mass. Fill in with this mix warm rolls.
