Cheesecakes with semolina

Ingredients:

* Cottage cheese — 400 g =1 pack,
* Egg — 1 piece
* the Semolina — to steam of tablespoons
* Sugar — to taste (dough should be tasted)
* Salt — pinch
* the Flour — 1 tablespoon
* Vegetable oil — two glugs
* Vanilla, cinnamon, raisin, the dried apricots cut by small slices — everything too very tasty to add it to cheesecakes, but at us it was not elementary available

Preparation:

We pour out cottage cheese in bowl, we crush, we add egg to it, 2 tablespoons of semolina for a start, sugar, salt.

We mix to consistence of shortcake dough (that was torn). We pour semolina gradually, how many will take.

When curds become already such that it can be created, we gather a little on the same fork to which all this business was stirred,

we shift to hand and we create balls. Best of all they turn out if to roll them between two slightly bent palms.

We roll in flour. We spread on dostochka.
From one pack of cottage cheese so many small syrnichok turn out approximately here.

Then we spread on the warmed frying pan with vegetable oil and we fry on small fire. (We have electric stove and on handles on six divisions. Started frying on four, in couple of minutes transferred to three and fried up to the end, and on the following party again switched at first to four)

When are reddened — we overturn. These are not burned, these are the reddened cheesecakes, they are so painted at once on that they have in decoy. If start overturning or removing when only are gilded — there will be hogwash, cheesecakes will remain crude.

Voila, cheesecakes are ready! Now to them smetanka, apricot vareniyets — and nyam-nyam. =)
