Cabbage oladushka on kefir
Ingredients:
• 300-400 grams of cabbage
• 200 milliliters of kefir
• 1 egg
• 1 bulb
• 3-5 tablespoons of flour (to the necessary kosistention of dough)
• 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in dough
• 1/3 h. baking powder spoons
• salt to taste
• vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
The cabbage can be chopped as more small, to salt and actively to rumple hands that it became soft and has started up juice.
To rub in it bulb on large grater, to add kefir, egg, flour and baking powder, it is good to mix.
Dough has to be as dense sour cream, necessarily to add still torments.
On frying pan to warm a little vegetable oil.
To fry fritters on average fire till golden color.
To put ready fritters on paper towel.
To give with sour cream.
NOTE. These fritters are tasty both hot, and cold.
