Breton cookies

Breton cookies

Ingredients:

6 yolks
2 tablespoons of milk
2 glasses of flour
1 glass of sugar
200-250 grams of desi

Preparation:

We shake up desi at small speed with sugar
Gradually we add 5 yolks and we continue to shake up
We sift flour to yolk mix
We knead dough
At once we pinch off on slice of dough and we roll. We do any form of cookies.
The remained yolk is mixed together with milk and we grease surface of all cookies by means of brush. Grease as it is possible for thick.
Over this glaze by toothpick it is drawn any patterns
Formochki is spread on baking tray with paper and we bake 10-15 minutes in oven at temperature of 180 degrees
