French baked pudding
It is required to you:
2 average tomatoes
3 average of vegetable marrow
150 g of hard cheese
150 g of boiled rice (to boil without salt and to wash out, having cast away on colander)
3 tolstenky slices of cooked sausage
1 big or 2 small bulbs
garlic glove
tablespoons are swept away
2 eggs
fennel
green onions
dried basil and oregano
salt, pepper

Preparation:
1. To cut onions in small cubes, to crush garlic. To fry them on the warmed frying pan with rast. oil about 5-8 minutes to light zolotistost.
2. To crush sausage and in 8 minutes of frying of onions with garlic to add to frying pan. Stirring slowly, to fry 5-7 more minutes.
3. To rub vegetable marrows on small grater, to wring out liquid and to add on frying pan, having added necessarily a little more oil. To extinguish on average fire before full (!) evaporation of liquid. To remove from fire.
4. To scald tomatoes boiled water and to husk with them. To rub on large grater and to cast away on gauze or sieve that juice has flown down.
5. To grate cheese on small grater.
6. To crush green onions and fennel.
7. To shake up eggs a little fork.
8. To mix all ingredients in big bowl, to add sour cream, 100 g of cheese and spice, carefully to mix.
9. To grease form it (is absolutely sensitive) rast. oil to lay out in it vegetable weight. I baked in two small foil pans. Accurately to level top spoon.
10. From above to powder with the remained cheese.
11. To bake in in advance warmed oven at 160 °C about an hour (cheese has to horoshenechko blush).
