for stuffing:
forcemeat (svinina=govyadin) 500 gr.

for filling:
sour cream not dense 150 gr.
greens bunch fennel 1/2
egg of 2 pieces.
grated cheese 50-100 gr. (I did without cheese)
Preparation:
Dough. To boil water with oil. And we mix the boiling water with flour. To knead dough spoon, then hands. To set aside dough aside, and so far it cools down, we will make stuffing.
