Baked pudding with potatoes and forcemeat.

Ingredients:

Forcemeat (meat) – 700 gr
Potatoes – 1 kg
Onion – 1 piece
Carrots – 2 pieces
Egg – 3 pieces
Hard cheese – 200 gr
Milk – 1 stak.
Mayonnaise
Salt, pepper.

Preparation:

To cut onions. To grate carrots. Tomatoes to cut potato with thin circles. To grate cheese.
To fry onions and carrots on frying pan with oil addition.
To add forcemeat. To salt, pepper. So far forcemeat will not begin to extinguish the brown.
To grease form for roasting with desi.
On bottom of form to lay out potato layer. Then forcemeat layer. On forcemeat to lay out tomatoes. To cover all with potato.
To bake in oven (200C) 20-25 minutes.
To shake up eggs with milk, salt and spices. Evenly to water baked pudding. To cover with mayonnaise reticulum. To strew with cheese.
To bake in oven (180C) 20 minutes.
