Cottage cheese casserole in formochka for muffins
Ingredients:
On each 200 g of cottage cheese:
1 egg
1 tablespoons of semolina
1 h. l. sugar or to taste
baking powder on knife tip
vanilla
Preparation:
To oil silicone formochka, slightly.
To mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, semolina, baking powder and vanilla.
To spread out curds on formochka.
To bake in previously heated to 180 C oven within 25 minutes or to readiness.
