Macaroni in a naval way (macaroni with meat)
Ingredients:
Beef scapula of 600 g
Salt of 2 tsps.
Onion (100g) 2 pieces.
Vegetable oil of 20 ml
Macaroni of 400 g
Desi of 20 g
Preparation:
Meat needs to be cooked within 1,5-2 hours. To put meat in cold water, to bring to the boil on big fire, to scum and then to cook on small fire at the minimum boiling. Do not forget to salt and add fragrant korenye when cooking to receive good broth.
To crush the cooked and cooled down meat in the meat grinder or the kitchen processor to condition of crumb.
To cut onions in small cubes and to fry till golden color.
In large amount of the added some salt water to cook macaroni to state al tent, i.e. slightly to undercook.
To merge water, and to add desi to hot macaroni.
To mix onions with the prepared meat and to fry on frying pan. For juiciness it is good to add a little broth to forcemeat, the meat which has remained from cooking.
To mix macaroni with meat, it is good to warm up and give hot.
