Ingredients:

Liver — 700 g
Onion — 1 piece
Egg (4sht — crude, 3sht — boiled) — 7 pieces
Flour — 4 tablespoons.
Soda — 1 h. l.
Kefir — 0.5 stak.
Salt
Black pepper (ground)
Vegetable oil
Hard cheese (or fused) — 250 g
Garlic — 3-4 tooth.

Garden radish

Preparation:

We prepare cake layers:
To pass liver, onions via the meat grinder, to add kefir, eggs, soda, salt, pepper, accurately to enter flour that there were no lumps. On the warmed frying pan on vegetable oil we do thin pancakes. When cool down sharp glass to cut out circles.
Firm or processed cheese we rub on small grater, we add pounded garlic to taste, mayonnaise, small chopped ukropchik. We grease with stuffing circles, collecting them in columns on 3 - 4 features, the upper layer is done of small cut cake layer offcuts.
To divide boiled eggs into egg white and yolk, small to rub. Side and top is greased slightly with mayonnaise, sides is dipped in protein, from above we strew with yolk, we stack on dish, it is possible on lettuce leaves.
