Taratushki on kefir
Ingredients:
• 1,5 glasses of kefir (either curdled milk, or amasi).
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 0,5 h. salt spoons
• 0,5 h. soda spoons
• torments about 2-3 glasses (if dough sticks to hands, to pour still)
• at will - bag of vanilla sugar or 1 tablespoon of cognac
Preparation:
To knead soft dough (but that did not stick to hands), to cover and leave to have a rest for 20 minutes.
Then to strew table with flour, to divide dough into 2 parts, from everyone to roll rectangular layer is not thinner, than 1 centimeter.
To cut layers on small pryamougolnichka, in the middle to cut through opening, and through opening to turn out taratushka as brushwood (see photo).
To fry from 2 parties on frying pan in rather plentiful layer of the warmed vegetable oil.
Oils has to be enough, but also not excessively there is a lot of; if necessary oil can be added gradually.
