Hepatic salad

Hepatic salad

Ingredients:

- 300 g of chicken liver
- 1/2 Art. of rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 bulbs
- 1 bunch of fennel
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper

Preparation:

We boil liver to readiness and we rub on average grater. Onions are cut by half rings and we fry on vegetable oil. Rice is boiled in the added some salt water and we throw back on colander. We grate egg on average grater. Salad is spread by layers, coating each layer with mayonnaise, we salt and we pepper. The first layer we spread liver, onions, further rice layer, then layer of fennel go the following layer and at last the last layer we spread egg.
We decorate to taste.
