Salad cheese heart
Ingredients:
Heart — 0,5 kg
Carrots — 1 piece
Onion — 1 piece
Processed cheese – 1 piece.
Salt, pepper (to taste)
Mayonnaise, greens
Preparation:
Heart to boil, cut with straws.
To grate cheese and carrots on large grater.
Small to cut bulb.
Carrots and onions it is fried on frying pan.
We add the fried mix to heart and cheese.
We salt, we pepper, we mix and we dress with mayonnaise.
