EMERALD SALAD

Emerald salad

Emerald salad

Ingredients:

- Ham — 200 g
- Egg — 3 pieces
- Champignons — 150 g
- Cheese (parmesan) — 100 g
- Onion — 1 piece
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Cucumber (for ornament) — 2 pieces

Preparation:

To cut ham cube.
To boil eggs, to clean and cut small cube.
Onions and champignons to cut and fry on small amount of vegetable oil.
To grate cheese.
To mix all ingredients (except cucumbers), to salt, dress with mayonnaise or sour cream, to mix. On flat plate to create salad hill. To cut thin strips of cucumber and, since the top, clockwise, obliquely, serially we press them into salad and so to the bottom.
