Bruschetta

Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes – 280 g (cut in half)
Fresh basil – 110 g (small cut)
Parsley – 70 g (small cut)
Garlic – 4 cloves (it is thin cut)
Mozzarella – 110 g (grated)
Olive oil – 70 ml
Salt – ? teaspoons
Pepper – ? teaspoons
Pine nuts – 50 g
Baguette – 1 piece

Prepare tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic and cheese as it is specified in the instruction. Mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper and nutlets. Cut bread and lay out on baking tray. Heat broiler in oven. Oil bread olive and lay out stuffing. Prepare baking plate broiler of 3-4 minutes.
