CAMOMILE FIELD SALAD

Camomile Field salad

Ingredients:

? glasses of dlinnozernisty rice.
1 bank of tinned humpback salmon.
2 carrots.
2 cucumbers.
2 napiform onions.
3 eggs.
15% sour cream.
Vegetable oil.
Lettuce leaves.
Fennel.

Preparation:

Rice is boiled in the added some salt water to readiness. It has to be loose. Eggs it is boiled and peeled. We grate carrots on large grater, we roast it on vegetable oil. We mix in separate capacity to homogeneous mass sour cream, vegetable oil, salt to taste.
Salad gives all the best layers:
The 1st — the lettuce leaves torn on slices.
The 2nd – rice. From above we grease with sauce.
The 3rd — humpback salmon (it needs to be separated from liquid and it is good to knead fork). Maj sauce.
The 4th — small cut onions to grease with sauce.
The 5th — the fried thoroughly carrots to grease with sauce.
The 6th — the fresh small chopped cucumber to grease with sauce.
From above we do camomiles thus: petals — from proteins of the eggs cut with straw. The middle of flower is the yolk grated. Salad is decorated from above with fennel.
