Shrimps pizza
Ingredients:
Wheat flour of 350 g
Yeast dry high-speed 7 g
Salt of sea ? tsps.
Olive oil of 50 ml
Sauce for pizza of 250 ml
Mozzarella of 200 g
Shrimps royal 20 pieces.
Capers of 50 g
Very successful pizza about idle time, but very tasty stuffing. In this pizza no ready semi-finished products were used — I cooked dough and sauce independently. I think, even you should not explain why such completely house pizza is 100 times more tasty semi-finished, and the charm consists in that, as dough and sauce can be prepared in advance and then all preparation takes only a few minutes.
We connect dry ingredients, we add 200-250 ml of water and oil, we knead dough. It is better to add water at once since it is easier to add torments if necessary, than to add water if dough is too abrupt. Now properly we knead it and we leave for rise in warm place for about 40-50 minutes.
When it increases twice, it needs to be pressed down that there was carbon dioxide, and to leave to rise repeatedly.
After the second rise it is possible to start preparation of pizza. To roll dough (or gradually to stretch) to the size of form in which you will prepare. Thickness of dough has to be about 0,5-1 cm. It depends on what basis you prefer — thicker or are thinner. On dough to lay out tomato sauce for pizza and evenly to distribute it on basis.
Densely to strew sauce pizza with grated cheese. By the way, usually in our country cheese is put after stuffing, but then it it is not visible at all. And if to put cheese down, the result will be worse nothing, but pizza will look more appetizing and it is not necessary to guess that there the baking plate cheese disappears
