Pepperoni pizza
Ingredients:
Water — 100 ml
Sugar — 1 h. l.
Yeast powder — 1,5 h. l.
Salt — 1/4 h. l.
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon.
Flour — 1,5 glasses
Pepperoni sausage — 200 g
Mozzarella cheese — 250 g
Sauce for pizza
Preparation:
1. To mix warm water and sugar. To add yeast. To leave for 10 minutes until yeast begins to ferment and there will be no skin 1,5-2 cm high.
2. To pour out in deep capacity. To add salt, olive oil
3. To add flour, to knead dough. Dough turns out dense. Capacity to cover, put in warm place, to allow dough to rise (about 1 hour).
4. To cut sausage circles
5. To cut mozzarella thin plates (or to rub on large grater)
6. To lay out dough on the surface strewed with flour, to divide into two parts. To roll in layer 3-5 mm thick. By means of big plate (I have 25 cm) to cut out circle.
7. To shift dough to the baking tray strewed with flour. To grease with sauce
8. To lay out mozzarella and pepperon. To bake 20-25 minutes at temperature of 220 degrees
Sauce for pizza:
1. To fill in 500 g of tomatoes with boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Then to husk with tomatoes. To cut on slices and to crush in the blender.
2. To clean 1 red bulb and small to cut; small to cut 2 garlic gloves. To fry everything on olive oil of 2-3 minutes.
3. To add tomatoes to onions and garlic and to extinguish on average fire before liquid evaporation.
