Salad Kaprez with peach
Ingredients:
2 big ripe (but not overripe) peach to cut disks
1 ball is fresher than mozzarella, to cut
1 bunch of basil
For gas station:
4 tablespoons of white balsam vinegar
2 tablespoons of the olive oil extra virgin
1 tablespoon of fresh basil to cut
1 teaspoon of sprinkling pepper
salt pinch
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients for gas station. Put in the refrigerator before use.
Heat grill. Lay out the cut peach on hot grill and fry from both parties.
Lay out layers: peach, mozzarella, leaf of basil, etc. Sprinkle gas station and enjoy!
