New Year's recipes - The baked mutton with herbs and pomegranate
Ingredients:
Mutton fillet - 1,5 kg
Olive oil - 120 ml
Garnet juice - 250 ml
Garlic - 8 cloves
Onions shallot - 80 g
Thyme - 2 tablespoons
Rosemary - 4 tablespoons
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper (peas) - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1,5 teaspoons
Mix the cut rosemary, thyme, coriander, garlic, onions - shallot, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Pound in paste.
Squeeze out juice of fresh pomegranate.
Put meat in dish, cover with mix of spices and fill in with juice. Close. Send to the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Lay out the kept waiting meat on dish for roasting predvarelno having sprinkled meat olive oil. Bake meat at the rate of 25 minutes on 0,5 kg + additional 25 minutes for well-done state.
Water meat with garnet juice in addition twice or three times during preparation. Put the prepared mutton on chopping board and densely wrap foil. Leave for 10 minutes. Give the cut pieces with garnet juice.
