Ingredients:
5 eggplants,
3 boiled chicken fillet,
4-5 tomatoes,
3-4 cucumbers,
packaging of oyster mushrooms,
200 gr. cheese,
3-4 garlic gloves,
fennel bunch,
mayonnaise,
vegetable oil,
salt, pepper.
Preparation:
we slice eggplants lengthways thin, we salt and we leave
we cut oyster mushrooms
we fry and salt, we cut chicken cubes, tomatoes and cucumbers too cubes, cheese on grater, for sauce we add chopped fennel to mayonnaise and we squeeze out garlic
slices of eggplants it is fried on vegetable oil
then we take deep bowl and we cover it with slices of eggplants, we grease with sauce, then cucumbers, again eggplants, we will grease with sauce
by such principle we stack all layers
further:
chicken, eggplants, sauce
cheese, eggplants, sauce,
tomatoes, eggplants, sauce
oyster mushrooms
then we close everything eggplants
we put in the refrigerator for the night
it is overturned on plate in the morning, accurately we remove bowl.
