Stozhki
Very tasty and rich dish!
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of any forcemeat
Stuffing:
- 2 bulbs
- 4 katoafelina
- 5 eggs
- 200 g of cheese
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
To prepare forcemeat, as on cutlets.
To spasserovat onions on vegetable oil.
To grate potatoes on large grater, to salt, mix.
To boil eggs, small to cut, pepper, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, to mix.
To grate cheese on large grater.
To make small round flat cakes (diameter of 10 cm) of forcemeat. To lay out on the baking tray oiled vegetable or laid by baking paper.
From above to lay out layer of the fried onions
Then layer of the boiled and cut eggs.
On egg layer to put polished potatoes in look stozhka. From above layer of polished cheese. And to fill in with mayonnaise.
To bake in the oven of 30-35 minutes which is previously warmed to 180 °.
