Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 400 g
Vegetable marrow / tsukini — 300 g
Champignons — 100 g
Egg — 1 piece.
Salt, pepper
Grated cheese — at will

Preparation:

1. To crush (crude) chicken fillet in the blender or the meat grinder.
2. Vegetable marrows to wash and rub on large grater.
