Stuffed peppers
Ingredients:
4 paprikas of any color
the average bulb, small to cut
500 g of ground beef
350 g of the boiled rice
820 g of tomatoes in own juice, small to cut
410 g tomato paste from banks
salt and pepper
50 g of grated cheese
Preparation:
Heat oven to 175 degrees.
Cut off hat at pepper and accurately take out core. Slightly powder with salt inside.
On dish bottom for roasting pour out tomato paste. In bank in which there was tomato paste, pour waters half, to vzboltayta and add this mix to tomato paste on dish bottom. Put pepper in dish.
In frying pan fry forcemeat with small cut onions, salt and pepper (prepare so far meat does not pokorichnevet and will stop being pink). Merge juice and add to frying pan rice and half of the cut tomatoes in own juice. Mix.
Fill each pepper with this mix. From above lay out still the cut tomatoes and powder with grated cheese. If tomatoes remained, lay out them also on dish bottom.
Bake within 40-45 minutes depending on the size of pepper and from that how crunchy has to pepper will turn out.
Give with sauce.
