Chocolate and coffee cheesecake
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese — 800 g
Eggs — 3 pieces.
Sugar — 1 glass
Vanilla extract — 1/2 h. l.
Corn starch — 2 tablespoons.
Dark chocolate — 100 g
Cookies chocolate — 300 g
Desi — 60 g
Instant coffee — 20 g
Preparation:
1. In bowl of the blender to crush cookies. To add the kindled desi. To turn on the blender for some seconds. The wet crumb has to turn out.
2. To cover form for roasting paper for pastries. To distribute crumb from cookies on bottom of form and properly to stamp.
3. For stuffing in bowl of the blender to crush cottage cheese and sugar before formation of homogeneous mass. To add eggs in a one way.
4. To add vanilla extract, corn starch. Once again to turn on the blender on couple of seconds. Smooth weight without lumps has to turn out. To separate 1/3 part of weight.
5. To kindle chocolate. To add the kindled chocolate and coffee to 2/3 curds.
6. To crush to smoothness and uniformity.
7. In the prepared form to lay out chocolate paste. From above – white curds.
8. To bake to oven 1 hour at 180C. Previously in oven to put capacity with water on the lower shelf. To cool cheesecake night in the refrigerator.
