House paste from spinach
Ingredients:
Flour - 2 glasses of flour
Egg - 2 pieces
Spinach - 250 g
Water - 1-2 tablespoons
Put the washed-up spinach cooks on slow fire. Vsypte also close salt pinch cover. Hold couple of minutes that spinach became soft on fire and it was boiled thoroughly. Then merge water through colander and let's cool down. Otherwise paste will turn out too soft.
Pour out flour in bowl.
Mix the wrung-out spinach with yolk and knead in paste.
Shift spinach egg mixture in bowl with flour and the manual mixer mix everything. Popyvayte to knead dough but if it too dry, add a little water, but do not go too far as dough should not be sticky.
Stick together ball from dough and wrap it in food wrap, having sent to the refrigerator minimum for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into some small parts and if you have no special adaptation, it is thin roll dough, several times carrying out rolling pin according to dough. The sheet has to appear very thin.
Usual sharp knife or for pizza knife leaf of dough on the average width of strip.
Lay out paste on pure towel that it has a little hardened.
Fresh paste absorbs a lot of liquid therefore it has to cook in strongly added some salt water before boiling. Couple of minutes in the boiling water will be enough that paste was ready.
Give with the tomato sauce, pesto sauce grated by cheese or any option.
