Salad from crabsticks with the Beijing cabbage
Ingredients:
450 g of crabsticks
5-6 leaves of the Beijing cabbage
1 long cucumber
400 g of tinned corn
4 eggs
1 bunch of fresh fennel
1 bunch of green onions
mayonnaise to taste
salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare ingredients: cook eggs in abrupt, merge liquid from corn, clear and wash out greens and vegetables.
2. It is thin cut the Beijing cabbage, put in big bowl, season with salt and set aside aside.
3. Cut in cubes cucumber (if thin skin rigid – remove it) and add to salad bowl.
4. Clear and cut eggs, add to salad bowl.
5. Add corn.
5. Cut crabsticks small slices and also add to salad bowl.
6. Add small cut onions and the cut fennel.
7. Mix everything, dress with mayonnaise and give.
