60 ml. honey
salt pinch
1 tsps of baking powder
dried peel from one lemon
2 tsps of lemon juice
210 gr. torments
3 average apples

Preparation:
To mix flour, salt, baking powder.
In separate ware to shake up eggs with sugar in magnificent light weight.
Desi to kindle and cool. To add honey, oil, dried peel and juice of lemon to frothed eggs.
To pour loose ingredients, to knead dough.
Apples to cut and mix with dough, it is possible to add the crushed nuts.

Muffins with white and dark chocolate
Ingredients:
dark chocolate - 50 gr;
white chocolate - 50 gr;
egg - 2 pieces;
granulated sugar - 3 tablespoons;
vanilla sugar - 2 h. l.;
baking soda - 1 h. l.;
flour - 1 tablespoon.
Preparation:
1. To break chocolate small slices (for example, knife).
2. To pound eggs with sugar.
3. To sift flour with soda and to enter it into egg mix. To knead dough.
4. To add chocolate to dough and carefully to mix.
5. In formochka to spread out dough to 2/3 heights (if you use metal, oil).
6. To bake in oven at t = 180C till golden color (20-25 minutes).
7. To cool ready cakes a little in forms, and then on lattice.
8. To strew with icing sugar.
For ornament it is possible to use also berries (for example, cranberry).

200 g of flour
150 g of sugar
2 tbsps of cocoa
2 tsps of baking powder
~ 150 ml of hot water
3 tbsps of flavourless vegetable oil
Preparation:
To warm oven to 200 °C. To oil Formochki for muffins.
1) To mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
2) To add the liquid. Quickly to mix everything. If mix seems too dense, to add a little more hot water.
3) To spread out dough on formochka and to bake within 15 minutes. Readiness to check wooden skewer or toothpick.
* For preparation of apple muffins to replace hot water with 120(!) ml of apple juice, and also to add half of grated green apple and cinnamon to taste. All the rest according to the recipe.

Ingredients:
1 orange
150 g of sugar
2 tsps of vanilla sugar
150 g of desi or margarine
3 eggs
2 tsps of baking powder (or 1 tsp of soda)
200-250 g of flour
Preparation:
To remove dried peel (by means of special knife, or to grate) from orange.
To squeeze out orange juice (about 50-70 ml have to turn out).
To pound oil with sugar and vanilla sugar.
To add eggs, to mix.
To add juice and dried peel of orange, to mix.
To add flour, baking powder, to knead not stiffdough.
To lay out dough in greased vegetable or desi of formochka (to fill formochka on 2/3).
To put in the oven warmed to 180 degrees.
To bake within 20-25 minutes.

Preparation:

Mix soft oil with honey and sugar, pour in tea, implicate eggs.
