It is required to you:
Onions of red 1 piece.
Bay leaf of 4 pieces.
Broth of fish 700 ml
Sprinkling white pepper of 2 tsps.
Potatoes of 350 g
Carrots of 300 g
Salmon of 400 g
Cream of 20-22% 150 ml
Fennel of dried 4 tsps.
Salt of 4 tsps.
After I have cooked this soup, it has departed less than for hour. Very tasty and nutritive recipe. The truth I has slightly sinned, having bought already ready broth, but, believe, it has not spoiled soup!
With water to add the cut red bulb, bay leaf, broth and white pepper to pan. To cook on average fire within 15 minutes.
Then filter broth in other pan, put back on fire, add potatoes and carrots cut in cubes. Cook 15 more minutes.
