Prague pie
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 Art. of sugar
1 Art. of sour cream
1/2 banks of condensed milk (for dough)
1/2 banks of condensed milk (for impregnation)
1 tsps of soda
1,5 glasses of flour
1,5 tbsps of cocoa
For cream:
1 bank of boiled condensed milk
1/2 packs of oil
Preparation:
1. Mix cocoa with sugar, hammer eggs, properly stir. Now add condensed milk, sour cream, stir, then vsypta flour with soda.
2. Stir and pour out in form. Previously grease form with desi, having covered paper for pastries. Warm up oven to 180-190 gr.
3. To bake 30-35 minutes, get and let's cool down completely. Only then get from form and cut on 2 equal cake layers.
4. Cream becomes the next way – slightly softened oil mixes up with boiled condensed milk and is carefully shaken up. Impregnate both cake layers with crude condensed milk and then bedaub with cream from boiled, decorate with glaze.
