Salmon pie
Ingredients
for dough:
Milk — 100 ml
Yeast powder — 3,5 g
Egg — 1 piece.
Sugar — 2 tablespoons.
Salt — 1 h. l.
The kindled desi — 70 g
Flour — 370 g
for stuffing:
Fresh fillet of salmon (salmon, trout) — 600 g
Mozzarella — 200 g
Red paprika — 1 piece.
Tomato — 1 piece.
Greens to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Egg for pie greasing — 1 piece.
Preparation:
1. To heat milk to 30 degrees.
2. To add yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and to allow to stand that the skin was formed. To add the remained sugar, salt, oil, egg, flour and to knead dough. I knead dough in the food processor. To clean in warm place (I have microwave oven) to approach somewhere for 1,5–2 hours.
3. In 2 hours at me dough has increased in volume by 3 times. For stuffing — tomatoes to cut circles, pepper rings or half rings, mozzarella circles.
4. To clear trout of thin skin and bones. To cut strips 2,5 cm thick.
5. To lay big baking tray paper for pastries. I used silicone rug.
6. We create pie: to roll circle 0,6 cm thick. To recede from edge of 3,5 cm and around to cover the cut trout strips. To salt, pepper. To cover with dough from edge in inside and it is good to close up. The roller turns out. To cut the roller slices about 4 cm wide and to turn out each slice fish up.
7. To cut the remained fish slices and to place in the center of pie.
8. From above to lay out tomatoes, paprika.
9. To salt, pepper, lay out mozzarella. It is possible to powder with dried greens (I did not use).
10. To leave pie for rasstoyka for 30 minutes. To warm oven to 180 degrees. To put the suitable pie for 20-25 minutes. Then to get, grease with frothed eggs. To bake 10 more minutes.
