Fried ice cream
Ingredients:
Creamy ice cream – 950 grams
Corn flakes – 120 g
Cinnamon – 1 tablespoon
Eggs – 2 pieces
Milk – 1 tablespoon
Honey – the 8th tablespoon
Vegetable oil – 350 ml
Coconut flakes – 120 g
On wax paper we spread balls of creamy ice cream in equal row.
Corn flakes it is turned into crumb.
For this purpose it is possible to use plastic bag and rolling pin.
We add coconut flakes.
Cinnamon.
We mix together with flakes and we spread in separate superficial ware.
To shake up eggs nimbus. Accurately to roll in each ball of ice cream in crumb, then in egg and again in crumb. In order that balls have not thawed, they can be placed in the freezer for 3 hours.
In small kastryulka with thick day well we warm oil. We fry each ball separately in hot fan on strong fire within 20-25 seconds.
We spread on wax paper in order that excess fat has flown down. We decorate with fresh berries.
